Technical Product Manager

• Own and execute the roadmap for SAMI and first-party and partner integrations (e.g., ScheduleX, Maple, Stafflion).
• Lead API design, data flow mapping, and technical execution with a small, dedicated engineering team.
• Partner with Sales and external stakeholders, joining customer and partner conversations to ensure integrations meet real market needs.
• Define and track success metrics for integrations (adoption, conversion, retention) and ensure delivery against measurable outcomes.
• Evaluate ecosystem opportunities and recommend new integration categories to strengthen ShiftKey’s platform advantage.
• Manage and communicate a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and external partners.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support go-to-market readiness and accelerate adoption of new integrations.

Senior Technical Product Manager – Integrations, Platform

Analyst

• Lead the implementation and administration of competitive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market trends, and legal requirements.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support pay decisions and program design.
• Leverage Workday expertise to configure, maintain, and optimize compensation structures, salary bands, and bonus plans for streamlined processes and reporting.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions and help manage job architecture.
• Provide day-to-day support on benefits-related inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding compensation and benefits practices, including FLSA, ERISA, ACA, and EEO.
• Help ensure global and local consistency in benefits programs, as applicable.

Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Data Scientist

• Develop, improve, and deploy machine learning models that power ShiftKey’s marketplace (e.g., shift scoring, last-minute pricing).
• Work on both greenfield and existing projects, bringing fresh ideas to improve predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data science solutions.
• Evaluate model performance, run experiments, and design testing frameworks to ensure accuracy and impact.
• Explore new data sources and approaches to enhance AI capabilities.
• Contribute to model deployment and monitoring in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Report to the VP of Data, Analytics & AI and collaborate with Senior Data Scientist, Analysts, Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.
