Technical Product Manager

• Global Product Ownership: Define and manage the sustainment product roadmap for V-BAT across both domestic and international fleets, covering spares, repairs, training, technical data, and digital sustainment tools.

Staff Technical Product Manager, Sustainment

Solutions Engineer

• Lead technical capture efforts for European opportunities, ensuring solutions are technically sound, feasible, and aligned with Shield AI’s product roadmap. Capture efforts will focus on Aircraft, but will require familiarity with the entire Shield AI Product suite.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including customer engagements, pre-sales technical support, proposal contributions, and solution development.
• Develop and execute technical strategies that result in high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals to maximize win probability.
• Serve as the primary technical lead for BD engagements in Europe, interfacing cross-functionally with BD, BD Operations , Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and Product Management to ensure customer needs are met.

• Serve as the technical lead supporting pre-sales engagements for a new advanced aircraft platform targeting high-end tactical missions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Business Development, Engineering, and Product Management to influence product definition, capability prioritization, and solution alignment with customer operational concepts.
• Support technical capture for domestic and international opportunities in early acquisition phases (e.g., AOAs, RFIs, Requirement Drafts, white papers, unsolicited proposals).

Full-stack Engineer

• Become a super-user of our state-of-the-art AI software product. Learn to automate multi-agent scenarios, analyze robotic data, and validate test cases.
• Test new features: Collaborate cross-functionally with developer teams to design test plans for new single and multi-robot autonomy algorithms, user interfaces, middleware, and server applications.
• Enable coverage testing of product capabilities: Design and implement tests to cover all performance aspects of a product capability across all permutations of operating environments and use cases.
• Design automation tooling & automate tests: Architect innovative automation frameworks that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Automate tests to run on Software-in-the-Loop, Hardware-in-the-Loop, and Vehicle-in-the-Loop test fixtures.
