About the role
- Develop and execute strategic partner plans that align with organizational goals and drive mutual growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure long-term collaboration and success.
- Lead negotiations and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyze partner performance and develop strategies to enhance partner effectiveness and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions and align business operations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the partner management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
- Develop and implement partner training programs to enhance partner knowledge and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with partner agreements and organizational policies.
- Regularly report on partner performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in partner or project management
- 3+ years of experience presenting to partners, internal management, and client/customer executives
- 1+ years of management experience preferred
- Ability to travel 20%.
