About the role
- The PMO Manager leads the establishment and continuous improvement of project management processes.
- Oversees the organisational project portfolio and facilitates communication among stakeholders.
- Develops and manages project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Tracks and reports on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption and integration of innovative project management tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience
- 1+ years direct management experience leading in person and/or virtual teams in a matrixed organization with competing priorities preferred
- 3+ years of Customer facing project management experience
- Expert Experience in various project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
- Expert Competence in utilising tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or DevOps to plan, track, and manage project progress and resources.
- Expert Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with business partners.
- Expert Comprehension of the inner workings of a company, including its market positioning, competitive dynamics, and operational processes.
