About the role
- Independent preparation, coordination and operational execution of food & beverage projects such as Christmas markets, Easter markets, gala dinners and event catering
- Creation of event schedules and coordination of all internal and external stakeholders
- Selection, negotiation and management of suppliers
- Requirements assessment, comparison of offers, ordering and goods receipt inspection, as well as monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery
- Staffing requirement planning and recruitment of food service personnel
- Scheduling, briefing and operational leadership of on-site teams
- Planning and organization of setup and teardown of furniture and equipment
- Ensuring smooth processes for transport and storage
- Development, optimization and costing of food, beverage and product offerings
- Preparation and monitoring of project budgets
- Ensuring culinary, service-related and hygiene standards (including HACCP)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality sector
- Solid knowledge of logistics, inventory management and personnel management
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Resilience and flexibility during peak periods
- Proficient in MS Office
