About the role

  • Actively research potential clients in established target sectors
  • Write and send tailored messages to targets and segments, and perform appropriate follow-ups (email and LinkedIn)
  • Support appointment scheduling and follow-ups for the sales team
  • Assist in preparing presentations, demos, and client-facing materials
  • Rigorously update and maintain our CRM (Pipeliner)
  • Create and maintain prospect lists, their pipeline status, and ownership
  • Clean, cross-reference, filter, and normalize data in Google Sheets (bulk updates)
  • Track campaign performance, contribute to small A/B tests, and make recommendations
  • Clean and import prospect lists from third-party sources into the CRM
  • Coordinate our participation in industry events
  • Help improve our messaging, marketing materials, website, and LinkedIn pages
  • Collaborate on ad hoc sales/marketing projects as needed
  • Help develop, optimize, and automate our processes, messaging, tools, and internal documents

Requirements

  • University degree completed or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English; good level of French
  • Strong marketing research and data handling skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn
  • Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong query logic skills: understand and apply how order of operations (PEMDAS) affects bulk data processing and the production of reliable results
  • Ability to collect, structure, and analyze data to monitor campaigns, market performance, results, renewal and retention data; produce performance reports and identify trends
  • Ability to work closely with a demanding and engaged management team while maintaining a professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
  • Team spirit, rigor, autonomy, proactivity, curiosity, and a desire to learn
  • Asset: skills or hands-on experience with automation tools or artificial intelligence
