• Independent, successful management of projects/clients of medium to large size and complexity
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a multi-person team
• Development and review of design strategies and brand design systems
• Identifying the client's strategic direction and its expected development over time
• Strategic and conceptual client consulting, including active participation in client meetings
• Workshop design and facilitation desirable
• Quality management of the team's creative output
