About the role

  • Development and implementation of 2D and 3D animations for a variety of brand and communication projects
  • Independent execution of motion projects – from concept to final export
  • Coordination and professional supervision of designers or working students
  • Design and animation of logos, social media assets, image films and brand motion systems
  • Close collaboration with the design team to integrate motion design holistically into branding processes
  • Contributing to the further development of our motion standards and workflows
  • Optional: Coaching and knowledge sharing within the team on tools, techniques or new trends

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in motion design, ideally in an agency environment or on comparable projects
  • Confident use of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D; experience with Blender is desirable but not required
  • Experience with animation presets, expressions and Motion Graphics Templates
  • Good skills in video editing, compositing and sound design are an advantage
  • A strong sense of timing, rhythm, typography and visual storytelling
  • Willingness to take ownership of projects and to mentor or involve junior team members
  • Self-starter, team player and enthusiasm for collaboration and development
  • Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
