Requirements
Experience of delivering and leading organisation effectiveness, design and people change initiatives in a complex environment.
Experience of working with senior stakeholders to shape and influence decisions by applying technical knowledge, rationale and data; being able to provide challenge and support to senior stakeholders to get the right outcomes.
Ability to understand complex, often ambiguous, subjects and translate this understanding into fully formed and grounded plans that are simple and actionable.
Resilience and tenacity to manage conflicting demands, and an ability to flex and work in a changing environment with some level of ambiguity, sometimes to tight timeframes and under pressure.
Understanding of key organisation design and change methodologies and applying these is desirable.
Demonstrated experience or meaningful exposure to strategic workforce planning.
