• Support Senior Design Managers in delivering their responsibilities and managing design and engineering contracts, including contract administration.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production of design and engineering outputs to ensure alignment with programme objectives and project requirements.
• Manage progress and performance, providing required reporting and ensuring risks and opportunities are identified and addressed throughout the gateway lifecycle.

Administration

• Supports the effective running of the team by providing administrative, organisational and process support to Senior Managers, team members, steering committees and governance groups.
• Ensures activities are well-coordinated and delivered efficiently.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions on behalf of Senior Managers, team members, steering committees and governance groups.
• Provide administrative and document support, producing PowerPoint packs, Excel spreadsheets, and organisational charts using Microsoft/Visio/Copilot and other applications.
