About the role
- Partnering closely with Directors and Leadership Teams to shape and deliver the people strategy
- Coaching and influencing business leaders to enhance colleague and team performance
- Interpreting business strategies to develop actionable people strategies supporting function objectives
- Providing expert advice and partnering with Centres of Excellence and other Business Partners
- Owning strategic workforce planning and talent management including succession planning
Requirements
- Demonstrable business partnering experience with senior leadership teams with a proven track record of coaching and developing people, teams, functions to higher performance
- Experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Organisational Design, Resourcing, Talent Management and Reward preferably in a unionised environment
- Experience of delivering robust, commercial HR solutions across a complex environment
- In depth experience in managing and embedding Change from an HR perspective
- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent work experience
