About the role

  • Support the Programme Sponsorship team in ensuring capital programmes deliver designed outcomes and benefits.
  • Work closely with the Managing Sponsor and Functional Sponsor to develop and manage Benefit Management Plans (BMPs).
  • Provide insight on performance and help keep programmes aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Influence investment decisions and support the realisation of benefits across Heathrow.
  • Build experience in sponsorship, benefits management, and programme governance.

Requirements

  • Experience of benefits management, sponsorship, PMO or investment governance in a project or programme environment.
  • Knowledge of APM / MSP or other project and programme management frameworks or accreditations.
  • Experience supporting post‑project reviews, benefits realisation reviews or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • A proactive, curious mindset, with an interest in improving processes and ways of working to maximise benefit realisation.
