Solutions Engineer

• Serve as the primary Kinaxis solution expert, owning system configuration, data flows, planning logic, scenario management, and integrations with SAP and downstream systems
• Continuously enhance planning capabilities through optimization of reporting, analytics, dashboards, and planning logic to improve usability and drive adoption
• Ensure all planning solutions align with standardized global processes and end‑to‑end (E2E) design principles
• Drive touchless and automated planning by identifying and executing opportunities to simplify, standardize, configure, or automate planning processes within Kinaxis and its connected ecosystem
• Support all aspects of our planning requirements in Kinaxis
• Partner closely with global and regional centers of excellence to proactively manage system upgrades, new releases, and roadmap changes
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to champion standardized planning processes and digital ways of working

• As a Solution Architect for Demand and Supply Planning you will play a critical role in ensuring the process core remains stable and efficient.
• Collaborate with global solution architect community, lead super users, end users to embed and strengthen the understanding and execution of system process activities on the ground and strengthen the regional support model.
• Subject matter expert of demand and supply planning processes and tools
• Help the business deliver Change Request and IT change with value and timeliness in mind.
• Collaborate with regional counterparts and global excellence teams to remain connected to changes to tools and processes.
• Help drive process changes led by business strategy and business processes.

Planning Solution Architect – Kinaxis

• Demonstrate excellent safety leadership and behaviors, ensuring that Shell’s HSSE expectations are communicated, maintained, and implemented.
• Be a competent Isolation Owner and permit holder in Permit to Work (preferably P-Vision).
• Actively participate in auditing as required and near miss reporting.
• Organize safe preparation of equipment complying with the Work Instructions.
• Understand and review Operating procedures, record changes, and follow due process to facilitate updates.
• Knowledgeable in the Asset Management System and their role in it, specifically the Ensure Safe Production Process.
• Responsible for the progression and sustainment of key operations qualifications and competencies.

• Act as Contracting & Procurement Specialist in support of Shell Southern North Sea operations, maintenance and Turnarounds
• Develop competitive contracting & procurement strategies for offshore and onshore related activities
• Conduct tenders, evaluate bids & drive negotiations with Suppliers
• Actively manage contracts and maintain working relationships with suppliers
• Identify, develop & implement value improvement opportunities
• Follow, support and roll-out the SEAM, RtP Process and CMCP Framework
