About the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across product, pricing, merchandising, and promotions.
- Establish and manage budgets and KPIs for all marketing initiatives.
- Serve as thought leader on consumer segments and channels.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual presence across all touchpoints.
- Develop sales tools supporting sales teams and retail sales associates.
- Lead creation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in‑store.
- Partner with product teams and deliver insights through feedback loops.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide decisions.
- Lead brand marketing and creative team.
- Develop and execute brand strategy for the interior design trade and target consumer segments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop brand business and marketing plans.
- Build omni‑channel consumer experiences across the customer journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 5+ years brand management or related experience, working with interior designers or luxury brands
- Ability to travel as needed.
