Administer, optimize, and support Workday Adaptive Planning for accurate financial planning
Configure and maintain cube sheets, modeled sheets, levels, and dimensions
Write, debug, and enhance Adaptive Planning formulas
Analyze existing financial models to identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations
Monitor, validate, and troubleshoot daily integrations between Adaptive Planning and financial systems
Build and maintain Adaptive Planning reports and dashboards
Execute testing and maintain documentation for governance
Serve as the Adaptive Subject Matter Expert to FP&A and accounting teams

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or Other Related Field
3-5 years of related experience
2+ years of direct administration experience in Workday Adaptive Planning
Proven experience optimizing Adaptive Planning models
Experience managing and troubleshooting Adaptive Planning integrations to ERP/HRIS systems
Experience building and maintaining OfficeConnect reports, dashboards, and dynamic planning templates
Demonstrated ability to document and communicate model logic, data flows, optimization strategies, and integration mappings
Strong understanding of financial planning: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, GL hierarchies, and cost center structures.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
