About the role
- Supports the Operations Team through project management, KPI tracking, and assessment of potential risks.
- Responsible for presentation development for various audiences as directed from Operations Leadership.
- Leads the Operations Team project status meetings and reporting cadence.
- Documents Operations Team Project Establishment Briefs as required for Transformation Office approval.
- Manages the Quarterly Operations Integration and Operations call schedule.
- Develops executive level presentations and project updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Supports the Sr. Director, Integration with management of the Operating Committee.
- Communicates and executes integration plans ensuring efficient merging of operational functions, processes, and systems.
- Identifies opportunities for operational efficiencies and improvements during integration.
- Executes change management strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Communicates with department leaders and project managers for smooth integration.
- Manages a cross-functional calendar of upcoming initiatives for Operators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Project Management Certificate preferred
- 3-5 years of experience
- 2-4 years Supervisory Experience
- Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions
- Lifting/pushing objects weighing over 10 lbs.
