Operations

• Validate deal economics by reviewing customer pricing, provider costs, TCV, gross margin, deposits, payment schedules, contract terms, and cash-flow exposure before signature
• Review customer and provider agreements together to identify mismatches in pricing, terms, payment obligations, SLAs, remedies, termination rights, liability, delivery obligations, technical specifications, and other material commitments
• Conduct first-pass reviews of MSAs, SOWs, order forms, NDAs, amendments, and related agreements
• Coordinate redlines and escalate substantive legal matters to counsel
• Ensure required commercial, financial, legal, and operational approvals are complete before signature
• Identify and obtain approval for material exceptions
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records that match final contracts and approved economics
• Ensure Implementation receives complete commercial terms, technical specifications, customer requirements, provider commitments, timelines, and outstanding obligations
• Drive execution across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, providers, and leadership
• Ensure Shadeform can execute complex transactions quickly without sacrificing commercial, contractual, or operational rigor

Commercial Operations – Deal Desk Manager

Procurement

• Source and qualify new GPU cloud and bare-metal providers, building a pipeline of available capacity across regions and hardware generations. • Own provider relationships end to end — from first outreach through onboarding, listing, and ongoing account management. • Negotiate commercial terms and capacity commitments, working closely with the Head of Cloud Infrastructure and the deal team on structuring. • Maintain accurate supply data and provider records in HubSpot, tracking capacity, pricing, and availability. • Stay on top of market dynamics — pricing trends, new hardware, provider capabilities — and feed intelligence back to the team. • Partner cross-functionally with sales and operations to match sourced capacity against active demand.
