About the role

  • Sourcing and onboarding new partners for iGaming/Casino traffic via niche communities, public pages, forums, chats, industry events, etc. (SEO, PPC, ASO, FB, etc.);
  • Working with Tier-1 markets;
  • Create, maintain and manage trustworthy relationships with new and existing affiliates to maximize performance;
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize deals, quality control of traffic, evaluating the success of campaigns, anti-fraud check;
  • Increase the flow of incoming traffic: collaborate with affiliates to create effective marketing campaigns, update with upcoming product events, promo materials, LPs, tracking links and necessary resources;
  • Conducting monthly commission reviews, monitoring incoming traffic, and preventing fraud using in-house tools and the analytics team;
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with affiliates, solving affiliate problems, providing updates, etc.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, work with legal team to ensure contracts align with company policies;
  • Collaborate with internal teams: analytics, customer support, VIP-management, product development, creative and other teams;
  • Researches on new sources, industry trends, competitor activities, etc.
  • Participating in international exhibitions and representing the company’s products at these events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience working with Tier-1 markets in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming industry).
  • Hands-on experience with brands on the operator/advertiser side.
  • Strong knowledge of commission models: RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat Fee, and Listing Deals.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track traffic performance and campaign conversions.
  • Confident user of Google Sheets.
  • Bonus: а personal network of active Tier-1 partners ready for collaboration.
  • Soft Skills: Upper Intermediate English (B2-C1).
  • Strong stress-management and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
