Affiliate Manager

• Close work with Affilka by SoftSwiss: Set and assign commissions, integrate postbacks, set landing pages and provide tracking links to the team/partners.
• To be present by request at chats with partners and assist with integration process, doing the S2S tests, and setting the deals.
• Research and Analyze API documentation and implement the solution in providing tg_bot that will automatically do integration and give the deal details.
• Close work with CRM system NetHunt: change cards' status etc.
• Assist the team in terms of technical questions/support.

Technical, Affiliate Specialist

• Sourcing and onboarding new partners for iGaming/Casino traffic via niche communities, public pages, forums, chats, industry events, etc. (SEO, PPC, ASO, FB, etc.);
• Working with Tier-1 markets;
• Create, maintain and manage trustworthy relationships with new and existing affiliates to maximize performance;
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize deals, quality control of traffic, evaluating the success of campaigns, anti-fraud check;
• Increase the flow of incoming traffic: collaborate with affiliates to create effective marketing campaigns, update with upcoming product events, promo materials, LPs, tracking links and necessary resources;
• Conducting monthly commission reviews, monitoring incoming traffic, and preventing fraud using in-house tools and the analytics team;
• Maintain open and transparent communication with affiliates, solving affiliate problems, providing updates, etc.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, work with legal team to ensure contracts align with company policies;
• Collaborate with internal teams: analytics, customer support, VIP-management, product development, creative and other teams;
• Researches on new sources, industry trends, competitor activities, etc.
• Participating in international exhibitions and representing the company’s products at these events.

Content Marketing Manager

• Creating content for promotional activities and publishing it on the website.
• Filling product pages with the required content and keeping it up to date.
• Strictly following the rules and guidelines for creating texts and promotional materials.
• Monitoring and maintaining content quality across desktop and mobile versions of product websites.
• Writing emails and other marketing promotional materials.
• Creating technical tasks for related departments involved in content and promo production.
• Conducting research and competitor analysis, participating in brainstorming sessions.
• Ensuring compliance with the projects’ tone of voice and brand style.
