  • Scope homes and drive daily progress

  • Maximize ROI on every home and deliver high yield returns while ensuring quality and timeliness

  • Make data-informed decisions across projects, vendors, and team deployment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with centralized teams

  • Identify gaps and build the bench with capable, reliable talent
