Prepare and execute key marketing campaigns; manage email, push, SMS, and app channels to maximize KPIs.
Build content to support channel optimization, persona identification, segmentation and analytics across channels.
Assist with day-to-day asset production flow including asset & CRM build, quality assurance, approvals, deployment, stakeholder communication, and analytics reporting.
Support day-to-day operations keeping all marketing initiatives up to date.
Manage the compliance and legal approval of assets both internally and externally.
Identify potential project risks and provide recommendations for mitigating them efficiently.
Maintain and organize project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, reports, and all final assets.
Assist client and sales teams with in-app promotional setup and reporting.
Initiate data pulls and manage analytics surrounding varying campaigns.
Contribute to content marketing and strategy—copywriting, automations, merchant curation, and data/analytics to elevate campaigns.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
Basic project management skills.
Basic creative design skill and knowledge in Figma is preferred.
Experience in copywriting short and engaging messages.
Experience leveraging data inputs to create segments, design tests, execute reporting and provide insights.
Database marketing experience is a plus.
Prior experience with Braze is preferred.
Additional experience working with email, push notifications, in-app push notifications, MSS, eCommerce or digital marketing is preferred.
