About the role

  • Support sales and marketing teams with tools, insights, and creative resources to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Plan, execute, and support digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials aligned with campaign themes and messaging.
  • Draft and edit copy for campaigns, case studies, email sequences, and sales enablement content.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all sales and marketing materials.
  • Support campaign execution in marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel conversion metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that deliver actionable insights to sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Analyze marketing and sales performance data to identify trends and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain sales contracts, proposals, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and internal resources.
  • Provide day-to-day support for the sales team, ensuring they have tools, templates, and content needed to succeed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, or a related role (internships and relevant experience considered).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience creating marketing and sales content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing sales contracts, proposals, and agreements; understanding of compliance.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys working at the intersection of sales and marketing.
