About the role

  • Lead the development and embedding of performance frameworks, KPIs and governance processes
  • Drive change initiatives across Waste Treatment Delivery
  • Implement Smartsheet tools and facilitate performance meetings
  • Offer oversight that strengthens consistency and delivery across multiple programmes of work
  • Manage and develop a team of performance and change professionals
  • Carry out quality assurance and compliance reviews
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in performance reporting and data analysis
  • Strong presentation and engagement skills
  • The ability to lead and support teams through change
  • A proactive approach to driving continuous improvement
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Driving licence or ability to travel across Severn Trent sites
  • Project Management qualification or equivalent experience
  • Degree in a related discipline (Desirable)
  • Safer, Better, Faster Practitioner (or equivalent) (Desirable)
