About the role
- Lead the development and embedding of performance frameworks, KPIs and governance processes
- Drive change initiatives across Waste Treatment Delivery
- Implement Smartsheet tools and facilitate performance meetings
- Offer oversight that strengthens consistency and delivery across multiple programmes of work
- Manage and develop a team of performance and change professionals
- Carry out quality assurance and compliance reviews
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in performance reporting and data analysis
- Strong presentation and engagement skills
- The ability to lead and support teams through change
- A proactive approach to driving continuous improvement
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Driving licence or ability to travel across Severn Trent sites
- Project Management qualification or equivalent experience
- Degree in a related discipline (Desirable)
- Safer, Better, Faster Practitioner (or equivalent) (Desirable)
