About the role

  • Driving improvement across business units
  • Working alongside team managers to identify areas requiring process and system changes
  • Delivering change and ensuring improved performance
  • Promoting system advancements based on technology trends
  • Managing own workload and ensuring delivery on time and budget
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain management team

Requirements

  • Strong process improvement background ideally from within the supply chain or operations world
  • Knowledge of change management
  • Ability to provide analytical thinking
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • High system proficiency levels particularly SAP AO; Macro creation; Power automate; Power BI; Power apps
  • Experience of analysing data that can drive organisational strategy
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Sense of commercial acumen
