About the role
- Driving improvement across business units
- Working alongside team managers to identify areas requiring process and system changes
- Delivering change and ensuring improved performance
- Promoting system advancements based on technology trends
- Managing own workload and ensuring delivery on time and budget
- Collaborating with Supply Chain management team
Requirements
- Strong process improvement background ideally from within the supply chain or operations world
- Knowledge of change management
- Ability to provide analytical thinking
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- High system proficiency levels particularly SAP AO; Macro creation; Power automate; Power BI; Power apps
- Experience of analysing data that can drive organisational strategy
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Sense of commercial acumen
