About the role
- Lead a team of Digi water specialists to improve customer experience
- Oversee daily operations and prioritization of work
- Monitor team performance metrics and ensure compliance with response times
- Promote a culture of learning and empowerment within the team
- Address customer escalations and implement solutions to improve service quality
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or leadership roles
- Ability to deal with customer escalations through various channels (WhatsApp, Trust Pilot, email)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in an evolving team environment
- A positive and caring attitude towards customers and team members
