About the role
- Own the CEO's operating rhythm: leadership meetings, board prep, quarterly planning, and cross-functional reviews.
- Track and drive follow-through on strategic commitments across sales, clinical operations, and product teams.
- Build and maintain the company's internal scorecards, KPIs, and reporting cadences.
- Lead high-priority, time-bound projects from scoping through delivery.
- Draft internal communications, all-hands agendas, and leadership updates on behalf of the CEO.
- Identify operational gaps and build lightweight processes that create clarity without bureaucracy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, healthcare operations, venture-backed startups, or a chief of staff/business operations role.
- Strong analytical ability that spans finance, clinical operations, and technology.
- Effective across multiple stakeholders: hospital administrators, neurologists, sales teams, engineers, investors, and policy advocates.
- Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with hospital systems, payer dynamics, or healthtech is a significant advantage.
