About the role
- Support day-to-day funding operations, including assisting in borrowings/repayments, waterfalls, and facility reporting.
- Ensure custodian holdings are accurate and in line with internal book of records, including investigating and resolving breaks in a timely manner.
- Oversee proper delivery and processing of electronic and physical documents at custodian vaults.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs to track performance.
- Partner with finance, product, and operations teams to streamline processes and create scalable solutions.
- Implement and leverage AI and other technology to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
- Document processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements for scalability and compliance.
- Assist on new business initiatives and any special projects that may arise.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, finance, real estate, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
- Ability to articulate issues clearly, both verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
