• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients

Consultant

• Provide application support to customers
• Install SESTEK products for different environments with project manager coordination
• Solve technical problems during projects and after production according to service level agreements
• Give basic level application support to customers (Guidance for how to use the application)
• Respond to partner and customer enquiries through e-mail, ticket system and calls
• Oversee and follow-up on open customer issues
• Record and manage best practice resolutions for the company’s self-service knowledge base
• Develop customer relationships through professional, dependable and accurate interactions
• Offer proactive communication to clients, account managers and project managers

Application Support Consultant

Sales

• Build and manage pipeline via partners and system integrators, leveraging ecosystem relationships across the GCC (except KSA)
• Engage directly with customers to shape requirements and influence buying decisions, regardless of fulfilment route (partner or direct)
• Act as a hunter: proactively source opportunities through outbound efforts, personal network, partners, and industry visibility
• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle with enterprise and mid‑market customers (prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, closure)

Sales Manager

Product Analyst

• Guide, mentor, and collaborate with a team of software engineers and analysts informally to ensure successful project execution and delivery
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, including software developers, architects, analysts, testers, etc., to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Actively participate in analysis processes, working collaboratively with technical teams to analyze project requirements, design software solutions, and optimize development workflows for higher efficiency and effectiveness
• Produce analysis outputs including user behavior analysis, product metrics dashboards, and data-driven insights to shape product decisions
• Contribute to design production by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user experience optimizations
• Take ownership in product development from feature definition to delivery, actively participating in the product lifecycle
• Utilize AI tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make, etc.) to enhance productivity
• Work effectively with AI agents and agentic workflows, delegating appropriate tasks to AI systems while maintaining oversight and quality control
• Utilize design tools like Figma and similar platforms for product analysis and design processes
• Develop and implement robust software development and analysis processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimal performance
• Drive software design, development, testing, and deployment in alignment with project goals and timelines
