About the role
- Own and execute medium to large-scale SEO strategies for B2B SaaS and technology clients, spanning technical SEO, content strategy, and authority building
- Analyse organic performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities, testing hypotheses, and iterating strategies to drive sustainable growth
- Ensure SEO efforts align with broader performance marketing goals, maximising organic contribution to pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition
- Produce monthly client reports and insights, using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEO platforms, and internal dashboards
- Identify growth opportunities across content gaps, technical improvements, internal linking, and competitor activity
- Act as the primary SEO point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations clearly and proactively
- Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Creative, and Content teams to ensure joined-up search strategies and consistent messaging
- Identify inefficiencies in organic performance and implement prioritised optimisation roadmaps
- Oversee technical SEO best practices, including site architecture, indexing, and tracking implementations
Requirements
- UK-based.
- 3+ years of experience working in or for the B2B sector (ideally SaaS) or:
- 4+ years of experience within a digital marketing agency, specifically SEO roles
- Proven experience managing and growing SEO campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the full Google/Microsoft suite (Excel/Google Sheets preferred).
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
