• Perform 24x7 Level-4 technical support for satellite ground systems to peers/customers in- and outside the company as an established expert in the satellite and terrestrial ground engineering field and act as a trusted representative of the team and the company
• Perform system handover from Service Engineering team to SES operation team including: Deliver necessary training on ground system to SES operation/Customer. Prepare and deliver As-built system documentation. Active follow-up and closer of pending action item/ ground system deliverables.
• Ad-hoc basis support Ground System Integration team for in house integration of ground station components and subsystems including antennas, High Power Amplifiers (HPAs), switch matrix, up/down converters, modulators, inter-facility connection equipment and Co-lo space under the guideline of engineering team

• Be responsible, as a senior engineer in compliance and certification and as a work package lead, for the execution of assigned technical activities within inter-company or consortium projects and services for external and internal customers.
• Supporting Quantum Key Distribution related standardisation and interoperability activities through engagement with potential partners, competitors and standardisation bodies, such as IEEE QKD groups
