About the role
- Demonstrate the Aspire Product to Potential Customers
- Develop creative ways to engage and build rapport with prospective customers by pitching the product’s value proposition
- Manage and facilitate informational assistance to potential customers within your pipeline
- Set yourself up for a successful, long-term tech sales career by mastering the fundamentals and closing strategies
- Sell Aspire’s products and services to prospective customers
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Manage and maintain sales pipeline through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
- Ensure all prospect interactions and meetings are accurately and consistently recorded in Hubspot
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Aspire software and services
- Develop, present and sell the company’s value proposition to prospective customers
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale
- Maintain consistent and prompt response time with all clients
- Penetrate key accounts, meet and develop business relationships with stakeholders
- Occasionally attend industry specific tradeshow to generate leads (periodically travel)
- Maintain an accurate forecast and related prospect information in Hubspot
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to conduct high volume phone and e-mail outreach

- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of B2B sales experience required
- Experience in SAAS or ERP sales highly preferred
- Possess a solid understanding of sales automation tools to build pipeline at scale
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience as a Business/Sales Development Representative highly preferred
- Experience in the landscaping industry is a plus
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone presence that easily connects to potential clients
- Experience with HubSpot preferred
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role
