Financial Planning and Analysis

• Overseeing the financial operations of the company
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Reporting directly to the CEO and COO

• Managing all aspects of financial management, from planning and budgeting to reporting and compliance
• Introducing efficient and accurate financial governance and reporting through our use of Xero Accounting and other key platforms

• Regular sales invoicing in conjunction with our Project Delivery team

• Building commercial pricing models for products and services
• Preparing and managing all payments to HMRC including PAYE, VAT, P11Ds, Corporation Tax, R&D Tax Credits
• Handling sensitive and personal information in line with confidentiality guidelines

Finance Manager

AI Engineer

• Represent Servent in a professional manner with customers and Microsoft to build on the relationship and reputation already present.
• Initially you will own your aligned territory mapping to Microsoft and align to the Servent blueprint on how we engage with the key Microsoft teams.
• Own the regular cadence calls with the various Microsoft teams to grow your network and uncover opportunities.
• Be a hands-on solution specialist building a pipeline of opportunities in new and existing customers across Azure Infrastructure, Security, Data & AI, Digital & App Innovation.
• As part of our growth, you will be central to helping us build your team.
• Accurately forecast, assess risk, and identify exceptional performance plans in weekly deal and pipeline reviews with senior management.
• Coach teams to excel at opportunity management and forecasting accuracy to successfully plan and prioritise weekly, monthly, and quarterly interaction with our customers and Microsoft.
• Coach team members in modern sales and communications tools & techniques to effectively reach, sell to and manage Microsoft customers, including coaching the team to engage in product demos.
• Report on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and deliver competitive business insights, trends, and analysis to drive ongoing performance improvements.
• Drive operational excellence of key metrics including conversions, pipeline, velocity, and accuracy.
• Improve sales and technical competency via mentoring; supporting individual professional development and growth from both personal and team perspectives.

Azure Solutions Director – SMC, Cloud & AI Platforms

Security Engineer

• Own our Servent Security offerings to ensure these align current and future Security solutions from Microsoft
• Support the attainment of the Microsoft Azure Advanced Specialisations related to Azure Security
• Assess and review our customers security capabilities, identifying control gaps and design appropriate security solutions using the M365/Intune/Azure Security services that align with the customers cybersecurity aspirations, business goals and regulatory requirements
• Ensure all solutions demonstrate high levels of performance, security, scalability, and appropriate resiliency and reliability upon deployment
• Develop deep relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company, enabling them to be cloud security advocates
• Collaborate with Servent Azure Architects and Azure Engineers in deploying security solutions and configurations at enterprise-scale
• Ensure that all Servent corporate assets and data is appropriately secured and managing the configuration of the relevant security platform technologies
• Be responsible for ensuring the required security controls are configured, executed and evidenced in support of our ISO certification and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation
• This will also include undertaking audit activities relating to the associated internal and external audits
• Working in an agile environment
• Support pre-sales activities with prospective customers
• Prepare high-level security project proposals and resultant Statement of Work documents
• Maintain technical skills and keep abreast of developments and new capabilities across Azure Security platform technologies and share these learnings with the broader technical community via User Groups and/or public events

• Develop existing list of customers within your aligned territory
• Deliver online and face-to-face presentations highlighting Servent capabilities with confidence
• Manage co-sell relationship with vendors and partners e.g., Microsoft
• Support the smooth handover of engagements from sales to Servent delivery teams
• Qualify sales opportunities and manage our sales funnel
• Build a network of referenceable customers across industries and solution areas
