About the role
- Perform business analysis responsibilities from Business Concept through Implementation
- Requirements gathering and management
- Test planning and test execution management
- Development of other key project deliverables and project management support
- Manage business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution
- Identify and document business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data and complete analysis/documentation of as-is capabilities
- Conduct interviews to gather business requirements
- Conduct industry, competitive and State analyses (strategic, financial, operational), business case development, and market research for benchmarking
- Support system go-live activities including conversion, support desk, site support, training delivery, and logistics management
- Support change management and communications programs and activities
- Perform PMO activities related to project time tracking, work plan updates, status reporting, service metric reporting, and related project administration tasks
Requirements
- Business Analysis — Required 7 Years
- Requirements Management — Required 7 Years
- Test Planning and Test Execution Management — Required 7 Years
- Business Process Modeling — Required 7 Years
- IIBA CBAP or PMP-PBA — Highly desired 2 Years
- Expert level Senior Business Analyst (full-time)
- Experience with requirements gathering and management
- Experience with test planning and test execution management
- Experience with business process identification and documentation
- Experience performing PMO activities and project administration
- Ability to conduct interviews and stakeholder elicitation
- Experience with industry, competitive, and State analyses, business case development, and market research
- Available for a 12+ month contract
