About the role
- Partner with product managers and key stakeholders to deeply understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, driving a vision for product experiences.
- Lead the creation of strategic design solutions, crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user insights and business objectives.
- Shape and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure cohesive, scalable, and accessible product experiences across the ecosystem.
- Drive user research initiatives, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to validate concepts and continuously refine solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design, translating vision into execution while balancing feasibility and impact.
- Facilitate design critiques, providing and soliciting constructive feedback to elevate the quality of design work across the team.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, iterating rapidly while maintaining a high bar for quality and delivering on ambitious timelines.
- Anticipate future trends and opportunities, contributing to the long-term design vision and strategy for the organization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer and working closely with frontend development.
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and frontend development projects.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of web standards, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with front-end tech stack like Tailwind, shadcn, TypeScript, or React in general is a huge plus.
