About the role
- Deliver engaging SalesForce experiences using the latest front-end technologies
- Provide technical guidance and collaborate across product, engineering, and design teams through the full product development cycle
- Identify and prioritize efforts most impactful to design and engineering
- Build tools and frameworks that can be largely used by the broader design and engineering teams
- Stay current on emerging technologies - research and make informed recommendations on implementation
- Stay current on design and brand trends collaborating with creatives and designers to ensure design intent is realized and even exceeded in production
- Clearly communicating project status, risks, and challenges
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in both design and development
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams solving customer challenges through problem definition, workflow analysis, schematics, wireframes, and prototypes
- Basic knowledge of customer journeys and how to identify opportunities for content touchpoints
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas, varied viewpoints, and large amounts of data to their essence
- Experience with Figma and other current design tools
- Proficient experience and a deep understanding of JavaScript with 5+ years professional experience building websites and web applications using modern frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Node, TypeScript, SASS, etc
- Amazing communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort in an extremely fast-paced environment with constantly evolving processes
- Portfolio of work - specifying your involvement in each project you present
