• Define and evolve the company’s technical vision in alignment with Series’ AI-first product strategy.
• Establish scalable architecture and engineering practices that support rapid experimentation and long-term growth.
• Act as a technical thought partner to the CEO and executive team.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary engineering organization through strong technical leadership layers.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Operations leadership to align technical execution with product goals.
• Drive adoption of modern AI tools and workflows across engineering and adjacent disciplines.
• Improve engineering processes, planning, and delivery predictability.
