Community Manager

• Create and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) plus memes, contests, and other community assets that drive conversation and growth.
• Support the tracking and coordination of small-scale influencer activations, including outreach and materials organization.
• Coordinate with others in product/marketing/design on basic campaign support, asset requests, and gathering performance reports.
• Collect and organize community feedback and player sentiment to surface to internal teams.
• Directly manage and moderate our high-impact Discord communities under the guidance of a senior team member.
• Track and report on key, assigned growth and engagement metrics.
• Serve as the first line of player support, owning Tier 1 community and customer issues with speed and empathy.
• Represent the voice of our brand across community channels, acting as a direct advocate for our players.
• Assist with LiveOps communication and support crisis response coordination when needed.
