Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor platform products, and customer feedback to inform platform product decisions.
Work closely with development, marketing, and analytics teams to develop solutions that serve 3 distinct customers globally: creators, end users, and internal product, design and engineering teams.
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features, user engagement, personalization, cohort optimization and monetization strategies.
Operate effectively in an agile setting, adapting to change and proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy.
Requirements
Proven track record as a Product Lead or similar role in social media, streaming platforms, or gaming platforms, especially with end-to-end testing frameworks and improving deployment pipeline efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal resources and thrive under ambiguity.
Strong self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates opportunities and challenges.
Strong analytical mind with experience using data to drive insights and decisions.
Deep understanding of platform technologies that allow for deep personalization and smart live ops customization.
