About the role
- Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and coaching to team members.

- Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of clinical and operational workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance quality, productivity, and consistency.
- Oversee scheduling, vacation, and leave planning to ensure adequate coverage while supporting work-life balance and workforce sustainability.
- Develop and maintain education materials, policies, procedures, and training resources.
- Ensure team members are aligned with current workflows, clinical standards, and best practices.
- Support standardization of clinical practices across the Serefin Clinic and virtual programs.
- Lead Communities of Practice (CoPs) to promote collaboration and shared learning across clinical teams.
- Act as a key liaison between the Nursing Team and internal teams (Product, IT, Leadership) and external partners.
- Provide clinical and operational insights to support program design, product development, and service improvement.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members.
- Ensure new hires are aligned with organizational values, expectations, and workflows.
- Use data and quality improvement methodologies to inform decision-making and change initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across nursing and broader organizational operations.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in good standing with the applicable regulatory college.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership or management experience; virtual or remote team leadership is preferred.
- Experience leading teams, managing performance, and supporting change in complex environments.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal); fluency in English required, French preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in LEAN or quality improvement methodologies (LEAN certification is considered an asset).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use data to inform decisions and support change management.
- Experience working within person-centred, equity-focused, and culturally competent care models.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice principles.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and reliability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, email, and digital collaboration tools.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Willingness to provide occasional evening and weekend support related to new project implementation or launch activities.
