About the role

  • Design and deliver an engagement programme that develops and sustains meaningful relationships with our alumni community.
  • Create new and innovative ways to build relationships and engage alumni.
  • Stewardship of 'Connect', a dedicated platform for alumni.
  • Curate content and enhance platform functionality for alumni.
  • Develop a suite of high-value materials supporting lifelong learning for alumni.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive volunteering database and communication strategies for alumni volunteers.
  • Actively contribute to editorial meetings and alumni communications planning.
  • Support monthly alumni and Connect events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme management, community engagement, alumni relations, talent development, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with experience developing engagement strategies and content.
  • Passion for social mobility, diversity, and helping talent reach its full potential.
  • Familiarity with volunteering programme design or stakeholder stewardship (desirable).
  • Experience in higher education, graduate recruitment, or charitable/community engagement settings (desirable).
