About the role
- Track lead performance, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and determine the ideal price for buying and selling leads to the right buyers
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve the strategy to maximize contribution to achievement of company goals
- Lead the team in developing the annual plan for programs within the area of responsibility
- Monitor forecasts throughout the year to ensure delivery of expected results
- Maintain an active test and learn culture with internal and external partners, collaborate with analytical resources to ensure statistical reliability of conclusions and recommendations
- Create a collaborative performance driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency and inclusion both within and outside of our department
- Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, performance assessment, and support ongoing development.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of insurance industry concepts, practices, and procedures
- Demonstrated communication, organization, and planning skills both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and have the ability to represent the company effectively in public forums and when interacting with potential partners
- Demonstrated ability to perform data and financial analysis
- Demonstrated creative skills
- Demonstrated PC and Windows skills (intermediate level of Microsoft Excel required)
