About the role

  • Understand customers' pain points and translate into implementation and onboarding plans
  • Develop best practices and educational offerings around error and performance management

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer, or Software Developer
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, React, React Native, Mobile Native (iOS and/or Android)
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Problem solver, knowledgeable, and can-doer
