About the role
- Oversee regional performance of PerCuro clinics and ensure alignment with corporate and client strategic objectives.
- Work with Sr Leader to monitor and manage P&L performance across assigned clinics to ensure profitability and growth targets are met.
- Support regional strategies that enhance clinical, operational, and financial performance.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and manage chair utilization and operational capacity for each clinic to ensure efficiency and maximize resource use.
- Analyze and manage supply usage across clinics to reduce waste and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Provide in-person support in establishing new clinics, including equipment ordering and on-site setup.
- Directly manage a regional team of nurses.
- Support and develop nurse education, training & clinic materials, including supporting translation.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop leadership and clinical talent through coaching, performance planning, and career development strategies.
- Serve as the direct support for nurses, patient issues, and service-related risks.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with regulatory and internal standards across all regional clinics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent; must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or patient support programs
- Proven experience managing nursing staff.
- Strong knowledge of infusion services, specialty medications, and patient support program operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead through change and manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
