💰 $45,000 - $60,000 per year
About the role
- Provide on-site technical assistance to customer at client sites in Chicago, IL
- Troubleshoot and repair desktops and laptops (hardware and software)
- Perform software re-imaging to ensure systems are fully functional and secure
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional presence at client location
- Work collaboratively within a team
- Travel between client locations and transport equipment as needed
- Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods during service calls
- Participate in certification and hands-on training and development
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in similar role
- A+ Certification preferred
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware
- Experience with re-imaging software a must
- SCCM experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and to stand for a long period of time
- Candidate must have a car; position requires travel between locations and transportation of equipment
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
