About the role
- This role will report to the Director of Integrated Marketing in Digital Marketing.
- You will be accountable for achieving our Architecture, Engineering, and Construction pipeline and revenue targets.
- Responsible for the development of the strategy, plans, and execution of AEC vertical campaigns across digital marketing channels (Direct/Web, SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Email), targeting Prospects (Direct and Partner) and Install Base.
- Act as the AEC campaign subject matter expert within the digital marketing organization.
- In partnership with AEC Product Marketing team, shape the messaging and offer strategy for Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) campaigns across North America and EMEA markets.
- In partnership with Digital Channel Owners, Partner Marketing, and Install Base Marketing, develop the strategy for campaigns to reach desired audiences based on what we know about them.
- Manage marketing brief development and campaign plans, and set objectives and metrics by quarter.
- Develop the full-funnel content strategy for each campaign and work closely with Product Marketing to develop content such as ebooks, whitepapers, and videos, as well as coordinate topics for webinars.
- Own creation of campaign calendar and sequencing of tactic go-live dates, working closely with each of the digital channels, as well as other departments such as public relations and field marketing.
- Develop High-Value Offers (HVOs) for MQL campaigns to encourage First Meetings and manage fulfillment of HVOs.
- Coordinate messages and plans with the Field Marketing team so that both teams' efforts are closely aligned.
- Brainstorm new campaign ideas with sales and marketing teams.
- Oversee and manage the creation of all digital campaign assets, including landing pages, emails, social media, and display ads. Write copy and manage all creative requirements for the campaigns.
- Working with Campaign Operations, manage all marketing operations requirements, including the creation of SFDC and Marketo campaigns, landing page development, coding of emails, list creation, and email sends.
- Oversee distribution of content through digital channels: SEO Guides, Blog, Web Resources, Chat, Paid Social, Content Syndication, Emails, Webinars.
- Work with channel owners to continuously optimize and pilot new digital channels (including A/B testing creative, content, and formats). Recommend innovations that can scale across AEC campaigns.
- Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned/integrated from a messaging, content, and creative perspective.
- Orchestrate teams/resources to bring campaigns to market on time and on budget.
- Develop Outreach templates and Outreach sequences for Sales to leverage for follow-up with marketing-qualified leads coming from campaigns targeting Direct, Partner and Install base prospects.
- Create A/B tests to test messaging within sequences.
- Ensure use of sequences, track usage, and performance.
- Meet with sales to determine what’s working and what’s not working.
- Leverage analytics tools such as Tableau that track campaign performance to monitor real-time performance and continuously optimize campaign targeting, content, creative, and offers.
- Work with the Marketing Analytics team to develop new dashboards to improve understanding of performance across different campaign attributes.
- Report on campaign performance on a weekly basis in weekly reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any similar field
- 5-7 years of experience in Advertising, Digital or Product Marketing.
- Experience in marketing to Architecture, Engineering and/or Construction firms required.
- Experience working as a Marketing Manager or a similar role.
- Experienced in strategy development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline contribution targets.
- Strong understanding of AEC industry trends, workflows, and buyer personas.
- Willingness and ability to learn about Egnyte technology, the role it plays in AEC businesses, and its value to our AEC prospects and customers.
- Must have a solid understanding of digital marketing and digital marketing channels.
- Experience in demand gen marketing techniques is critical.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira).
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation, and leadership skills.
- An ability to build and foster positive working relationships with cross-functional teams (eg. product marketing, creative, marketing operations, corporate communications, organic social, analytics) to help execute channel strategy and activations.
- Ability to juggle numerous complex and multi-channel campaigns at the same time.
- Forward-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving mindset; experience in navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Curious and resourceful self-starter, with the ability to solve problems and seek new information.
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and adept at creating and sticking to timelines and driving best practices around processes.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Tableau.
