Engineer

• You will eliminate industrial waste by architecting the next generation of IoT solutions that bridge the gap between hardware and the cloud.
• As a primary enabler in this hardware enabled SaaS mission, you lead the end to end development of wireless sensor systems from initial research and customer pilots to managing a massive scalable fleet.
• You will work within cross functional teams to master embedded software and automated factory feedback while ensuring data science teams have the high quality insights needed to drive global efficiency.
• Beyond technical execution, you provide the engineering leadership necessary to mentor peers through design reviews and scale a greener industrial future.
• Develop and maintain our embedded software on the gateway devices and sensors.
• Design, develop, and maintain our tools for fulfillment and onboarding, always striving to make them better but also more efficient.
• Researching, prototyping, conceptualizing, optimizing and productizing new sensor solutions based on product requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and architect end-to-end IoT solutions that meet product goals and technical requirements.
• Code reviews and provide feedback on your colleague's work.
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to solve scalability challenges like, for example, different radiofrequency regulations worldwide or how to maintain and manage a diverse fleet of IoT devices.

IoT Engineer

• As Energy Consultant, you will be responsible for realising energy savings with our customers.
• You do this by looking at the energy consumption of the customer, analysing it and spotting savings.
• You sit down with the customer (digitally), make a plan and work on it together.
• In this way, you help manufacturing industries, responsible for a large part of global greenhouse gas emissions, to reduce their carbon footprint!
• Besides giving advice, you contribute to the continuous development of the Sensorfact product, by further developing the energy scan and thinking of new savings.
• You ensure the best possible customer experience and have plenty of room for your own input and creativity to make improvements or share and implement new ideas.

Customer Support

• Het bieden van hoogwaardige, hands-on klantenondersteuning: je zorgt voor klanttevredenheid en levert snelle, effectieve en efficiënte support
• Het afhandelen van geëscaleerde klantcases en ervoor zorgen dat deze binnen de afgesproken oplostijden blijven, bijvoorbeeld door te waarborgen dat telefoontjes worden opgenomen
• Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor binnenkomende vragen en het doorzetten van escalaties naar de juiste stakeholders (zoals Customer Success Management, Consultancy, Development, etc.)
• Het analyseren van terugkerende vragen om de Customer Support-strategie te verbeteren. Je identificeert niet alleen oplossingen, maar zorgt ook voor een correcte implementatie
