About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Onboarding team is responsible for onboarding our new customers, supporting them remotely with the installation process and ensuring that all of their questions are answered during that process.
  • As an Onboarding specialist, you will help our customers get the most out of our technology and ensure that our customers can experience a high level of service.
  • You will take the lead in delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience. This includes identifying key customer needs during a kick-off meeting and ensuring that we can meet them.
  • Switching between different departments to help the customer is not a problem for you. As the hub of the installation process, you know how to find your way to different departments easily.
  • As the point of contact for our customers, you manage to find a solution for all questions and technical challenges.
  • Besides customer contact, you have an eye for spotting up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Taking initiative is nothing new for you. As a fast-growing scale-up, you can play a key role in optimizing the onboarding process.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Preferably 6+ months relevant work experience (e.g. in previous sales or customer success/support positions), but also suitable for starters/recent graduates
  • Fluency in Italian & Spanish, at a native or equivalent level and Business-level proficiency in English
  • You are a problem solver, have a proactive attitude and like to take the initiative
  • You seek the responsibility and independence that comes with working in a scale-up and you are excited to be part of our growth
  • Availability of 32-40 hours per week.
