"Hands-on" product management of the end-to-end lifecycle of product features: from definition, design, and development to launch, monitoring adoption, and driving iteration cycles.
Translate business goals and customer needs into clear requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and actionable user stories for a 0-to-1 new product line.
Define product features and capabilities within a brand new product line, including customer-facing web and mobile applications.
Partner with design and conduct user research/testing to create intuitive, user-centric solutions.
Track product performance post-launch, define and monitor KPIs, and make data-driven improvements.
Conduct competitive and market research to identify opportunities and strengthen positioning.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer success, operations, and marketing to ensure execution and deliver value quickly.
Report to a Product Lead and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies (advantage: experience in AI/agentic technologies).
Requirements
Proven SaaS Experience: At least 2–3 years in product management at a B2B SaaS startup, with one significant role owning a product or major feature that successfully reached customers.
Product Execution: Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver in fast-paced, agile environments with measurable results.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to empathize with users and translate insights into product improvements that drive adoption and satisfaction.
Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled at defining success metrics, monitoring product health, and making data-informed decisions.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proven ability to work across functions and influence without authority.
Technical Orientation: Comfortable collaborating with engineers; advantage for candidates with AI-powered or agentic tech exposure.
Education: BSc or higher degree; technical or scientific background is an advantage.
