💰 $90,000 - $105,000 per year

About the role

  • Implementation and administration of Seneca HR policies and procedures.
  • Compliance at Federal and State levels.
  • Employee relations management.
  • Management, interpretation, and administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, interview and select qualified applicants for open positions.
  • Conduct new employee orientations.
  • Administer the Seneca Employee Benefits program at the location level.
  • Administer FMLA/STD/Leave, Safety and Worker's Compensation programs.
  • Conduct required HR/Legal Compliance training for all employees.
  • Ensure that employee files and documentation are maintained.

Requirements

  • College Degree and/or 4+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to speak conversational Spanish is preferred but not required
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, listening, written, and computer.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
