About the role
- Own and close complex B2B sales opportunities across insurance agencies, MGAs, carriers, wholesalers, and enterprise partners
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound, inbound, and strategic relationship-driven efforts
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving executives, operations, IT, compliance, and procurement
- Develop tailored sales strategies aligned to insurance procurement cycles and budgeting timelines
- Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities
- Continuously improve sales processes, messaging, and playbooks to drive repeatable, scalable success
- Accurately forecast revenue and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene
- Build and maintain relationships in person by traveling to conferences and in person meetings with new and prospective clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or insurance technology sales experience.
- Proven success closing complex, multi-month deals in regulated or enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance distribution, workflows, and buyer personas
- Ability to articulate technical and operational value to both business and technical audiences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.

- Competitive Base Compensation : Base $100,000-$130,000 and an uncapped commission with OTE of $200,000-$250,000
