About the role

  • Own and close complex B2B sales opportunities across insurance agencies, MGAs, carriers, wholesalers, and enterprise partners
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound, inbound, and strategic relationship-driven efforts
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving executives, operations, IT, compliance, and procurement
  • Develop tailored sales strategies aligned to insurance procurement cycles and budgeting timelines
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities
  • Continuously improve sales processes, messaging, and playbooks to drive repeatable, scalable success
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene
  • Build and maintain relationships in person by traveling to conferences and in person meetings with new and prospective clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or insurance technology sales experience.
  • Proven success closing complex, multi-month deals in regulated or enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance distribution, workflows, and buyer personas
  • Ability to articulate technical and operational value to both business and technical audiences
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity.
