About the role
- Own end-to-end onboarding and early employee experience
- Own the onsite candidate interview experience
- Design and run employee engagement programs
- Drive benefits and perks engagement
- Serve as a front-of-house presence at the SF office
- Support relocations, global mobility, and internal moves
- Manage contractor onboarding and offboarding
- Serve as a key People Operations partner
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Employee Experience, or a related role
- Experience owning onboarding or similar employee programs end-to-end
- Interest in and understanding of benefits, wellbeing, and engagement programs
- Exposure to engagement surveys or basic people analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with HRIS systems and common workplace tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, CultureAmp, etc.)
